Johnny Chan
Cello
Johnny Chan started learning the cello at age 12 and attained Grade 8 (ABRSM) in cello when he was 21. He was Principal Cellist of the Hwa Chong Junior College Chamber Ensemble and the NUS Symphony Orchestra. Mr Chan was also a member of the Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra and has performed with the Singapore Lyric Opera Orchestra and the New Festival Orchestra. He enjoys making music with friends and harbours fantasies of getting an electric cello and a carbon fibre cello in the near future.
